Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Skidooly ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Skidooly is an iOS application that helps service providers efficiently reschedule appointments by:

• Integrating with Apple Calendar to view appointments
• Enabling bulk selection and rescheduling of appointments
• Providing professional message templates for customer communication
• Tracking time savings and usage analytics

Account and Subscription

Free Tier

• 3 bulk reschedules per month
• 25 customers maximum
• 1 custom message template
• Basic time tracking features
• No credit card required

Premium Subscription ($29/month)

• Unlimited bulk reschedules
• Unlimited customers
• Unlimited message templates
• All features unlocked
• Priority customer support

Billing and Payments

• Subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store
• Apple's Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policy
• You can cancel anytime through your Apple ID settings

Acceptable Use

You May:

• Use the App for legitimate business appointment rescheduling
• Store customer information necessary for your business
• Create custom message templates for professional communication
• Integrate with your Apple Calendar for appointment management

You May Not:

• Use the App for spam or unsolicited communications
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the App for illegal activities or harassment
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or subscription requirements
• Use automated systems to create accounts or abuse the service

Data and Privacy

• Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy
• You retain ownership of your customer data and calendar information
• You are responsible for obtaining proper consent for customer communications
• We may collect usage analytics to improve the App
• You can request data deletion by contacting support

Intellectual Property

• Skidooly and its features are owned by us and protected by copyright
• You receive a limited license to use the App, not ownership
• Message templates you create remain your intellectual property
• You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works of the App

Service Availability

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
• We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our control
• Apple Calendar integration depends on Apple's services

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Skidooly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months
• You are responsible for backing up your data and customer information
• We are not responsible for messages sent to your customers

Termination

By You:

• Cancel your subscription anytime through Apple ID settings
• Delete the App from your device
• Contact support to request account deletion

By Us:

• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms
• We will provide 30 days notice for service discontinuation
• We may immediately terminate for illegal activities or abuse

Effect of Termination:

• Your access to premium features will end
• Local data on your device remains yours
• Cloud-stored data may be deleted after 90 days

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Communications sent to your customers
• Violation of these Terms
• Violation of applicable laws or regulations

Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms periodically
• Significant changes will be announced through the App or email
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
• You can always view the current Terms in the App

Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States
• Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration
• You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits
• Arbitration will be conducted under American Arbitration Association rules
